Negotiation (direct/indirect) – BGA can help you manage the negotiation behind-the-scenes, or negotiate rights directly for you (subject to a full briefing and terms of engagement to be agreed between us)


Drafting and Contracting  – BGA has access to industry-leading IP lawyers to draft an Agreement to reflect the final terms agreed, if required

Contract Implementation – once the rights terms are agreed and signed off, we can help with communication and delivery to:

– implement the new rights acquired, sometimes with phased approaches
– manage or track the rights (e.g. payment stages, licence term expiry)
– Exemptions process (if rights not granted, or revoked)
